Kamaljit Gosal Co-founder of CEPS, Inc., holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Sonoma and M.S. degree in Counseling from California State University Sacramento. Kam has worked in several different social service agencies in California; she was a Behavioral Technician at a 4I residential facility, House Manager at a residential facility for Severely Emotionally Disturbed, and Job Coach
