PERSONAL ATTENDANT/CARE-GIVER (FT/PT)

Competitive salary DOE/DOQ plus benefit packet. Seeking responsible individuals who want a dependable position in the care-giving field. Serve as personal attendant for developmentally disabled adults in their own home. FT/PT and live-in/roommate positions with flexible schedules, days, overnights & weekends. Exp in peri-care and sign language is needed for some positions. Must understand mental health issues. Must have experience working with aggressive/assaultive behavior. Experience with behavior management, knowledge of modern techniques and PART/ Pro-ACT a plus. American Sign Language a plus. CNA experience a plus. Flexibility, an understanding of natural consequence, ability to accurately record data and ability to communicate in a team oriented environment necessary.
