A: You simply need contact Alta Regional Center at 916.978.6400 or you can go online to Alta Regional
and please let them know that you would like CEPS to provided services to you or your family member. Also,
contact our main office in Sacramento for information to be mailed out to you so that you can learn about our services. Or you can simply go to our Referral Services Form and fill out the form.
